Water-Based Sealer for Masonry
EC 101 WB forms uniform, long lasting, water repellent coating on pavers, concrete surfaces, brick and split-faced block. This coating enhances the surface without leaving the surface slippery when used on horizontal surfaces. Efflorescence problems can be dealt with even after the coating has been applied. EC 101 WB protects from water, normal wear, and some food and oil stains.
Application Instructions:
Application of sealer not recommended if rain is predicted within 24 hours of application.
Surface preparation: The surfaces must be dry. After rain, wait for at least 24 hours, or after cleaning of the surface with pressure washer, wait for 3 days (in dry weather).
– Brush off parts with crumbly, powdery or encrusted surfaces.
– Clean stained surfaces.
Spreading: With a flat brush on very rough materials or with a roller (continuous supply possible with an airless type pump) – reserved for small surfaces.
Spraying: With an airless spray gun with a variable spray nozzle.
Notes: Whatever the application method, the product must be applied until the surface is saturated, without being glossy. The glossy appearance should not remain. Most of the time, a single coat is enough to have the desired result provided product has been applied correctly.

Dilution:
EC 101 WB is a ready to use sealer. No dilution or mixing is recommended or required.
Limitations:
• Product should not be applied below 50˚F or above 85˚F.
• Do not use on polished surfaces.
• Protect from freezing
