SIZZLE

Brushless Truckwash

 

Description and Use
SIZZLE is brushless pressure wash soap, when product is used as directed. SIZZLE truckwash system is extremely versatile in the ways it may be applied. Low or high pressure as well as through foaming arch. High-pressure application will give faster performance and generally higher dilutions. This is boosted even higher with the use of heat; though the product will work fine cold. The water softeners are built in and are to be used to the greatest advantage if premixed at high dilutions before application. A pressure rinse is recommended with the SIZZLE.

Not safe on polished aluminum

Surfaces and Air Temperatures
Best cleaning results are obtained when air is above 40°F.

Pre-testing
Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Testing should determine effectiveness.

Dilutions
20:1 low pressure brushless, 30:1 high pressures brushless

Safety Information Precautionary measures:
Always wear goggles and rubber gloves when handling this product. Keep off of skin and clothing. If material comes in contact with clothing, wash before reuse. Important to wear eye protection at all times, when handling this product. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Keep container closed when not in use. Do not allow product to freeze. Do not remove label. Read Material Safety Data Sheets for additional safety and health hazard information prior to use.

First Aid  + -
 Instruction in case of contact or exposure.
Eyes: Flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Skin: Wash off with soap and water. Re-oil skin. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting, drink copious amounts of water, and seek medical attention.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air.

Spill or Leak Procedures
Waste Disposal Method: Check state local and federal regulations for your area. Steps to be taken if material is released or spilled: Large spill; dike and contain for intended purpose. Small spill; absorb with oil dry and dispose of properly.

Container Handling and Storage
Precautions to be taken in handling and storage: Keep container closed when not in use, store in a cool dry place.
