Brushless Truck Wash

Description and Use
Glory Truckwash is a different concept in truck washing. Utilizing the unique “Million Mile Shine” system, your paint will look as good at the end of the vehicles life as it does in the beginning. Not only will your paint look great but it will be protected from environmental damage and will clean more easily. This is just the beginning of the benefits that regular use of Glory will provide. The extras include brushless vehicle washing, spot free drying, super fast rinsing, and it is completely safe on paint. Another benefit of Glory is that it will remove virtually any dirt, soil, or stain that is on a painted surface. This soap will rinse freely even if it dries on the surface. The product works equally well hot or cold but should not exceed 120° Fahrenheit. The only serious limitation is with polished aluminum which could be whitened or browned by the soap. In this situation Dazzle can be used safely, or Sabre as a first step will buffer the Glory. Glory is biodegradable, and running successfully in virtually all reclaim systems on the market. Also it has been accepted for disposal in every sanitary sewer system it has been submitted to for approval.

Pre-Testing
Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Testing should confirm cleaning effectiveness on each type of surface and stain designated to be cleaned.

Dilutions
Apply Glory (ready to use) @ 10:1 to 20:1 high or low pressure application for severe film smoke or oils and brushless cleaning.  20:1 to 50:1 through a pressure washer up stream or down stream for light soil and brushing.  100:1 Brush and new car cleanup... Below 10:1 is a brushing dilution or low pressure for spraying (use only in extreme cases or for degreasing frames).  8:1 Whitewall with brushes.  3:1 Whitewall without brushes.

Application Instructions
Glory is designed for use with a pressure washer with high or low pressure application and using either hot or cold water. The trick to brushless cleaning is that the product must be laid on the surface using two quick applications which leads to complete soil release most of the time. High pressure rinsing is recommended. Water softeners are built into the product so water re-treatment is generally not necessary. There is one other caution to note, if Glory Truckwash is used on vehicles that have been washed with certain silicates a white film may result. If this occurs a solution of Sabre diluted 4:1and brushed on is generally effective at remedying this situation.

Safety Information
*Precautionary Measures:
Always wear goggles and rubber gloves when handling this product. Keep off of skin and clothing. If material comes in contact with clothing, wash before reuse. Contains Sodium Hydroxide and Versene. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Avoid breathing fumes. Keep container closed when not in use. Use with adequate ventilation. Applicators should wear rain suit of plastic, rubber or PVC, boots and gloves, face shields and goggles to avoid splash to bare skin or eyes. Dispose of empty containers according to federal, state and local requirements. Do not use for any other applications other than specified. Do not remove label. Read Material Safety Data Sheet for additional safety and health hazard information prior to use.

*First Aid + -
 Instructions in Case of Contact or Exposure Skin & Eye Contact:
Eyes: Flood with water for fifteen minutes. Seek immediate medical attention.
Skin: Wash off with water. Neutralize with vinegar. Re-oil skin. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Ingestion: Drink copious amounts of water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention.

Spill or Leak Procedures
Waste Disposal Method: Check state, local or federal regulations for your area. Steps to be taken if material is released or spilled: wear proper protective equipment while doing cleanup. Large spill: Dike and contain for intended use. Small spill: absorb on oil dry and place in approved container for disposal.

Container Handling/Storage
Keep container closed when not in use. Store in containers with Viton seals or silicon sealant gaskets.
