 BRITE 10
Aluminum Brightener
Description and Use:
A hydrofluoric acid based aluminum brightener that leaves a very nice soft shine on the surface. This is a high strength aluminum cleaner that is unusually safe for glass and works to leave a nice shine on the surface. This blend is preferred in outside settings where the airborne parts per million acid content are less an issue in worker safety and OSHA compliance. This acid will mark glass but at use dilutions with neutralization or quick rinse you need not use extreme caution. Care should be taken around polished aluminum tanks as this product will remove the oil polished finish. Brite 10 should be stored in a closed container as it will gas off and lose potency to the air over time. Hydrofluoric acid burns people both on the skin and under it. Goggles and gloves and proper protective gear should be worn at all times when using a hydrofluoric product. This blend at use dilution is much safer than the concentrated material but it is wise to seek medical attention if the concentrate goes on your skin. Vaseline on the skin before spraying may help reduce redness but will not prevent acid burning.

Application Instructions:
This product may be applied downstream through a pressure washer or by means of low pressure applicator or by brushing You may use BRITE 10 as a two step product with PAL to give an exceptional sheen to your aluminum and paint or just use it alone to brighten aluminum and remove oxidation from the non polished rails, frame, or body of your trailer. If you decide to brush this product extreme care must be taken to not allow it to run down the brush handle onto the skin. Rinsing is best accomplished with a pressure washer as the acid works deep in the surface to remove soils. If you are just rinsing with a garden hose an alkaline neutralizer may be applied before rinsing. BRITE 10 works well on both paint and fiberglass trailers as well as all aluminum bodies.
