| Someone once said a picture
speaks a thousand words. In our case, we only need 18…. |

You Don’t Get Results Like This Every Day…Unless
You Use EaCo Chem Masonry and Restoration Cleaning Products.” |
What we’re talking about here are the dramatic results being
achieved with our new construction cleanup detergents — Results
that are virtually EF-Fortless to achieve. What you are
seeing in the above photo is something many of you are probably
all too familiar with — An otherwise beautiful brick wall covered
with an unsightly white powdery film. That film, or efflorescence,
is caused when surface water evaporates and soluble salts adhere
to the masonry surface. Or in the case above, the failure of
a competitor’s product. This problem may seem daunting, but
as the photo demonstrates, you too can get the results you want,
safely, simply and profitably, when you use EaCo Chem
new masonry cleanup detergents. Not only will our products leave
your substrate and mortar with a beautiful finished appearance,
but our products will not cause clean-up efflorescence. |
Sure, you don’t get results like this every
day…..But You Could!!
|
|
What is EF-Fortless? |
| EF-Fortless is our soap solution that melts
powdery efflorescence and helps to control its return. It is
perfect for color sensitive surfaces since it will not discolor
brick, block or mortar. Apply product; when EF-Fortless
stops foaming the efflorescence will be gone. Rinse is not required.

EaCo Chem’s ‘Calcite Presoak’
(Calcite Presoak is the new name for Calcite Remover,
changed to more accurately portray its powers to penetrate,
soften and ultimately loosen hard calcite deposits and lime
run prior to the application of NMD80). |
 |
|
 |
|
 |
| Lime
Run has formed between weep holes on this orange brick retaining
wall. |
|
Calcite
Presoak bubbles, working to soften the hard mineral layer. After
complete collapse of foam, repeat application. |
|
Spray
remaining hard deposits with NMD80 at 4:1 for a 5 minute dwell
time. |
 |
|
 |
|
 |
| After
a scratch test indicates the calcite is crumbly, use high or
low pressure rinse. Repeat with NMD80 4:1 as necessary. |
|
A
clear water rinse is the final step in the cleaning process. |
|
The
end result is brick restored to its original beauty. |
