Effortless is a soap
solution that melts efflorescence and helps to control its return.
The user does not normally have to use a pressure washer to get the
job done. This product is mildly acidic and safe for virtually all
surfaces it will encounter while being applied. Removal is a simple
rinse off process. When after repeated applications, the Effortless
stops foaming, the efflorescence is gone. The amount of coverage will
vary with the thickness of the efflorescence, with the most common
powder type probably getting 75 square feet to the gallon.

GS Restoration
This product is used in the new construction industry to remove lime
from colored surfaces. It will brighten concrete, but does not effect
most brick, mortars or block. GSR is used as a presoak to penetrate
and break down the lime run. Generally it is used undiluted, but on
glazed brick it should be tested first to determine dilutions at which
it will melt the lime run, but not burn the brick. Standard application
is to brush or spray on GSR two times without rinsing in between.
Allow the first coat to sit at least several minutes before the second
application. Residue that remains should be treated with an undiluted
application of Ef-Fortless until all residue is gone. Rinsing can
begin after the first application of Ef-Fortless Ef-Fortless, when
rinsed, will leave a clean area that is visible while wet. Any shiny
areas that are apparent are residues and should be recoated with Ef-Fortless
