These
panels exist under many brand names but the generalized cleaning
problems associated with them are black streaks, from pollution,
and gray shadows from caulks, sealants, and adhesives. The good
news is that SafeRestore makes removing these easy and safe.
The recommended process is an undiluted double soap application;
agitation may or may not be necessary and will depend on the
stain, followed by a pressure washer rinse. |
Some jobs
have been done with a diluted SafeRestore up to 3 parts water 1 part
SafeRestore Generally there will be areas on the building where the
stains are not bad and this dilution will be appropriate for a generalized
or regular cleaning. If the stains are bad or the weather is cold
you will not find that these dilutions work for you. SafeRestore will
not damage the caulk or joints themselves, as is works by releasing
the bond not solubilizing the sealers.
