BIOLOGICAL STAINS

Our long term biological growth prevention. This effective deep clean was demonstrated best in Oklahoma City on the county courthouse there. Some areas of the building ( pictured on the left) were examples of the worst deep biological staining we have ever seen. Sabrestore proved more than up to the task of removing these stains with absolutely no bleaching or etching of the stone. Our competitors system was used on a building across the street from the courthouse

and after 3 cleanings they still had not gotten the stains out and they begun to cause limestone rust on many parts of the building. Biological Stains on a Oaklahoma courthouse completly removed with multiple applications of Sabrestore with absolutly no damage or bleaching to the surface.

Application with Sabrestore:
Apply the product to the surface by brush or spray. Always prewet the surface before application. In difficult staining situations we have seen greatly improved release of deep staining both biological and pollutant with a double application of the product without rinsing in between. This allows a penetration of the stain followed by a release.

Dilutions:
Dilutions will vary from an undiluted repeated double soap application without a rinse in between to a single10-1 dilution for light clay staining or light urban dirt.

Removal:
Rinse with high or low-pressure taking care not to etch the surface with the pressure. It is recommended that you use a nozzle of 25 Degrees or greater at all times.
